Cherry distillate is very aromatic, you can get different taste and smell notes depending on the amount of seeds left in the set. It is best to take black-red varieties, not too big with a distinct taste. They are less juicy than juice cherries, but contain more sugar. Most of the cherries should be sprinkled, carefully removing the petioles and crushing a little without damaging the seeds. After adding the yeast mother of noble yeast, fermentation should be done at a temperature of about 18 degrees. It may be necessary to acidify the set and add pectinase. As soon as the fermentation has stopped, the seeds and the yeast sediment should be separated and distilled.

    Pouring cherry distillate into the cherry tree has excellent effects. Often different spices such as mint or cinnamon are added. We do the same when we are going to make a cherry setting.
